ATR is preparing accompanied programmes for Ukrainian-speaking children and teenagers. We are comparing suitable accommodation and local activity partners before choosing a destination.

No accommodation, dates or programme providers are contracted. This enquiry does not request a reservation or authorise a charge. The group sizes below are planning cases, not confirmed bookings.

Two briefs to assess

First winter · 47 people

  • 40 participants aged 11–17 and 7 accompanying camp adults.
  • 6 nights with full board. Proposed destination stay: 6–12 or 20–26 February 2027; please state suitable alternatives.
  • Austria, Germany or Switzerland. No property is selected.
  • 4 consecutive ski days (destination days 2–5) and 16 scheduled instructor-led hours: two 2-hour blocks per ski day, subject to school schedule and conditions.
  • Separate quotations for age-appropriate passes, complete equipment including helmets, ski school and local transfers. Please identify birth-year bands.
  • Indoor group space, drying/storage and a recovery-day alternative. Camp groups: 11–13 and 14–17; ski groups by ability and agreed age/language limits.

The 7 camp adults are a planning roster. Local instructors are additional. Required local staffing and cover must be specified.

Summer · quote two capacities

  • 60 participants + 8 camp adults, and separately 100 participants + 12 camp adults.
  • Ages 9–17, 11 nights with full board in summer 2027. Please suggest date windows and minimum-stay conditions.
  • Bulgarian coast: a suitable group base with indoor activity space, safe access and clearly specified room occupancy.
  • A proposed 12-hour project programme, everyday sport/creative choices and two local educational outings.
  • Itemise lifeguard/water arrangements, any specialist activity providers, excursion transport and entry fees; do not assume these are included.

These staffing counts are quotation assumptions, not a completed supervision plan. Any additional required personnel must be identified and priced before sale.

What would help us choose

  1. Availability and accommodation: dates, total capacity, room plan, beds per room, adult rooms, exclusive areas, accessibility and drying/group spaces.
  2. A complete price: child/youth/adult rates and age cut-offs, board and drinks, taxes, linen, cleaning, deposits, mandatory extras and any eligible staff concessions. Quote each group size separately.
  3. Programme capacity: named local providers, exact lesson hours and group limits, languages, transfers and equipment. Distinguish confirmed inclusions from options.
  4. Practical care: dietary/allergen arrangements, local medical access, emergency contacts and responsibilities between property, activity providers and accompanying staff.
  5. Commercial terms: payment dates, allocation deadline, minimum paying numbers, attrition, cancellation and refund terms, weather alternatives and quote validity.

Please flag any element your property cannot provide. A suitable partial offer with clear exclusions is useful; we can compare it with separately quoted services.

Чи можете ви прийняти нашу групу й надати повний розрахунок проживання? ATR готує супроводжувані програми для україномовних дітей і підлітків. Готелі, дати та постачальників ще не законтрактовано; цей запит не є бронюванням.

Зима: 40 учасників 11–17 років і 7 дорослих табору, 6 ночей із повним пансіоном, планово 6–12 або 20–26 лютого 2027. Австрія, Німеччина або Швейцарія. Чотири лижні дні поспіль (дні 2–5 на місці) й 16 годин з інструкторами; місцеві інструктори — додатково до команди табору.

Літо: окремі розрахунки на 60 дітей + 8 дорослих і 100 дітей + 12 дорослих, вік 9–17, 11 ночей на узбережжі Болгарії влітку 2027. Дати й повний графік нагляду потребують погодження.

Просимо вказати доступність, кімнати, харчування, вікові тарифи, усі обов’язкові доплати, місцеві послуги, умови оплати та скасування. Чисельність груп — планові сценарії, а не підтверджені продажі.
